Every project needs a good foundation! Yesterday was an exciting day - we are literally breaking the ground for a New ADU Construction. We started digging underneath the current building to strengthen the corners of the existing structure which will then support a second floor unit. The new building will consist of an office space/storefront on the ground floor, and a vacation home upstairs.
